Order Preparation

All orders are carefully prepared by our team within 24 to 72 business hours after payment validation.

During peak periods (collection launches, promotions, holidays), an exceptional additional delay may be necessary.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the chosen shipping method:

Metropolitan France

Relay Point: 2 to 5 business days

Home Delivery: 2 to 4 business days

Europe

Standard Delivery: 3 to 8 business days

The indicated times are for reference only and may vary depending on the carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout.

🎁 Free delivery for purchases of €100 or more in metropolitan France.

Order Tracking

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link.

You will be able to track your order in real-time until its delivery.

Lost or Delayed Package

If your package appears to be stuck or the delivery time has been exceeded, we invite you to contact our customer service at:

We will open an inquiry with the carrier to find a solution as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Delivery Address

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the information entered during the order.

Tapage cannot be held responsible for an address error communicated during order validation.

If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us quickly so that we can make the modification.

PACKAGE NOT COLLECTED AT RELAY POINT

When an order is shipped to a relay point or home, it is the customer's responsibility to track their package and collect it within the deadlines communicated by the carrier.

If the package is not collected within the allotted time, it will automatically be returned to Tapage.

In this case:

  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs charged by the carrier remain the customer's responsibility.
  • No automatic refund can be made upon receipt of the returned package.
  • Once the package is received by Tapage, two solutions can be offered:

1. Reshipment of the order
The customer can request a new shipment. Delivery costs will then have to be paid before the package is resent.

2. Issuance of a credit note
A credit note corresponding to the amount of the ordered items (excluding shipping costs) can be issued and sent by e-mail. This credit note will be usable on the entire site for a future order.

Tapage cannot be held responsible for a package not collected within the deadlines indicated by the carrier.

RETURN FORM

To exercise your right of withdrawal or make a return, please download and complete the return form available below.

Steps to follow:

  1. Download the return form.
  2. Complete all requested information (name, first name, order number, and reason for return).
  3. Place the form in your package.
  4. Drop off your package with the carrier of your choice.
  5. Keep your proof of shipment and your tracking number until the return is validated.
